Return Policy as follows:
1.Return requests must be made within 10 days after purchaser delivery. Requests can be made through email or by phone. Calls are at the purchaser's expense. 2.Returns will accept by authorization only. Items must be in new condition. The same packaging should be used to ensure safe return.
3.The purchased price will be refunded upon receipt of returned merchandise only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. Returned merchandise will be refunded through the same payment method as purchase.
5.A return label will be mailed to the purchaser at the same shipping address as purchase upon the request and authroization of return. Please wait for label before returning merchandise..
6.Returns must be via UPS only either by drop off or by pick up.It is the purchaser's responsibility to schedule pick up. You may drop off return at any UPS dealer near you.
7. No returns will be accepted on international orders.
8. No returns accepted on clearance or sale merchandise.
9. No returns accepted past 10 days of receipt.
How To Order:
1. Select the design(s) you wish to purchase by visiting our online store. Click the "add to cart" button. Continue shopping until finished. Tip: At any time you may view your cart in the right bar of the page.
2. Your at the checkout cart. Update quanity, if more than is desired, type in your ship to zipcode then click submit.
3. Select shipping method, UPS or USPS. Each has two methods (UPS Ground-ships in 4-7 days, UPS 3 Day Select - ships in 3 days, USPS priority- ships in 2-5 days or USPS express- 1-2 days in most places). Click Checkout.
4.You've arrived at the secure part of the shopping cart. Select the desired option to create an account. There is an option to purchase and not create an account. Tip: By not creating an account will not relay some of the neccessary contact information we would need if a problem arises with your order. Click continue checkout.
5. Type and submit the information requested. Click continue checkout.
6 Type in your neccessary payment information. We accept Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal payments, checks and money orders. Tip: We require that you submit your authorization number located on the back of your credit card for security purposes. We do not store this number anywhere in our system. Click continue order.
7. View your order, make any neccessary changes then click confirm order. You are finished!
