TLG Creations offers the following Returns Policy: 1.Return requests must be made within 10 days after purchaser delivery. Requests can be made through email or by phone. Calls are at the purchaser's expense. 2.Returns will accept by authorization only. Items must be in new condition. The same packaging should be used to ensure safe return. 3.The purchased price will be refunded upon receipt of returned merchandise only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 4. Returned merchandise will be refunded through the same payment method as purchase. 5.A return label will be mailed to the purchaser at the same shipping address as purchase upon the request and authorization of return. Please wait for label before returning merchandise.. 6.Returns must be via UPS only either by drop off or by pick up.It is the purchaser's responsibility to schedule pick up. You may drop off return at any UPS dealer near you. 7. No returns will be accepted on international orders. 8. No returns accepted on custom, clearance or sale merchandise. 9. Our custom ordering policy is payment is required in advance prior to processing. Once product desired is established, quoted price is accepted and submitted creative process will begin. Once product is finished an photo will be emailed for prior approval before shipment. Any adjustments must be made prior to shipment. Once product has been approved, product will shipped and an email will be sent with tracking information.
